is more competitive than ever. It takes more to meet guest
and owner expectations while making a profit. It takes extra work,
effort, service, planning, time, consideration, attention
to detail, etc.
Remember how we were all
taught that good service wasn’t enough and to give
great service, we needed to exceed customer expectations?
